Had a baby, adopted a child, or had a foster child placed in your care?

Recently released from jail or prison?

Became a legal permanent resident?

You have 60 days to report a Life Change Event to Connect for Health Colorado and enroll in a plan. Office hours are available in Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and Black Hawk. You can call Connect for Health Colorado at 1-855-752-6749 to report the change, apply for financial assistance, and select a health insurance plan.
